Apartment - A1

Located on the ground floor of the villa, Apartment A1 offers 50 m² of well-organized space. It features one bedroom with a king-size bed and an open-plan kitchen and living room. The sofa can be converted into a bed for two additional guests, making the apartment suitable for couples or families with children. Apartment - A2

Apartment A2 is located on the mezzanine level and has 60 m² of interior space. It includes one bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with two separate single beds. Apartment - A5

Positioned on the penultimate floor, Apartment A5 boasts the most breathtaking view of the sea in the entire villa — it truly feels like the Adriatic is within reach. With one bedroom and a convertible sofa in the living room, it comfortably hosts 2 adults and 2 children. A perfect choice for those seeking serenity, natural beauty, and unforgettable mornings.
