Our Story
The land on which Villa Mirjana stands was purchased in 1986, while the house received its final form in 2001. From the very beginning, the property was designed with tourism in mind. The architect carefully studied the position of the land from the sea several times before finalising the design. His goal was to ensure that each apartment enjoys a view of the Adriatic. As a result, every apartment in Villa Mirjana is oriented towards the sea, allowing guests to experience the beauty of the surrounding landscape throughout their stay. Villa Mirjana is owned by Mirjana and Denis Tasić, who have been married since 1980. Today, the daily management and guest communication are led by their daughters, Valentina and Ivona, continuing the family tradition of hospitality.
The Villa
Villa Mirjana offers four comfortable apartments designed for guests who are looking for privacy, sea views, and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
The villa features a swimming pool, spacious terraces, a garden, and a separate rose garden where guests can enjoy quiet moments surrounded by nature. The architecture of the house is somewhat unusual, reflecting the original design concepts from the 1980s, a time when private swimming pools were still uncommon in this region.
Over the years the house has been continuously improved. Each season brings new investments, renovations, and thoughtful upgrades. Our goal is to keep the villa evolving while preserving the calm and welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home.
Location
Villa Mirjana is located in Okrug Gornji on the island of Čiovo, near the historic town of Trogir.
The sea is only about 50 meters away in a straight line, while the nearest beach can be reached in approximately 250 meters on foot. This location allows guests to enjoy both proximity to the sea and a peaceful environment away from busy tourist areas.
